Moldova is a possibility CG if you are worried about the risk in Ukraine. It's currently at peace and I am sure it will remain so while Russia is at it with Ukraine. I don't think it will be as good as Ukraine but it might still win out for you. It means you can go there, date the women there without the issues of Russia or Ukraine.
