Durk, yes-
 i was managing a race team ,and based in europe at the time. So she knew all about my passion , and involvment in  the sport.(which as mentioned on the dirt side of things)
In fact i was traveling to prague for the ISDE race ,,
and decided to take a luittle vacation time and go meet some ukranian women since it was nearby..
I used FirstDream's services, for almost all ukraine logistics and recommendations, as i had been in Europe often and lived there secveral years,,
but had little eastern europe experience , but none in travel to ukraine.


as fars as liking my work, no my wife hates it and isnt happy when i go tssting or racing..its a rub for sure.
as far as motorcycles she likes them,is a car nut and also likes motorcycles ..but never wanted to ride. However , lately, all of her own thing as i never ask her to eride at all..
 she has been going and enjoying touring around a bit on the sport bike..
There was a time even the thought of it  scared her to death, and, she wouldnt think of getting on a bike with me.. even at 15 mph and being very very careful not to scare her..
tastes and hobbies change..

Yes, there is an embedded video mod - BUT - it is buggy. I've been waiting for a couple of things to make it available.

For info, the RC3 version of the software is out... Dan, it is time to upgrade your engine... change from the RC2 to the RC3 :

    * Many, many changes for UTF8 support. Read all about it at the Online Manual.
    * Many tweaks to the search functionality.
    * Added a CAPTCHA option to the registration page (Including audio support for accessibility).
    * Added an AJAX loading indicator to show when a server request is taking place.
    * All numbers should now respect number format settings.
    * Fixed a bug with subject cache being out of sync.
    * Fixed speed issues when moving/splitting topics.
    * Fixed issues with notifications being sent in the wrong language.
    * Many changes to the numerous bridges Orstio has created for SMF.

Security Update
We received a report detailing a bug in PHP (improper deletion of hash values in the zend_hash_del_key_or_index() function), causing a vulnerability in SMF. We have addressed this issue in this release.  We urge everyone who is using an earlier release of SMF 1.1 to update immediately.

Did you think about the fact that *if* there really WERE a security vulnerability you would have told everyone in the public forum about it?

Fortunately, there is a patch for RC2 because there are so many people depending on it. The security problems were resolved some weeks ago.

PLEASE - if you have some information, or a concern, about a security issue - send me a PM and *DO NOT* post the information on the open board.

As for RC3, yes, it is true it is released. In fact, it is the basis for the P-L board, so I know a little something about the differences. Unfortunately, many of the mods which are in use here at RWD are not yet updated to work with RC3 - PLUS - the gold version of 1.1 is due out any time now, so most developers are not anxious to work on RC3 knowing that their work will likely have to be re-done when gold is issued.

So.... sticking with RC2 for the time being.

Nice bike AJ! My wife hates my VFR but I still ride it now and then. Someday I hope to get her on the back for a cruise through the Sierras. I'm sure that it will take some short trips around the neighborhood to get her confidence up. Of course the daughter  thinks that it is great fun but it makes me too nervous to go far with her.

Nadushka is in Germany on internship in murrican language, i've hopped over a few times, my God those Germans are rude, no idea about queuing and very good at annoying me on pavements. Sorry sidewalks. They walk abreast three at once and stop. Well let me tell you, you may laugh but that is EXACTLY how Nazi Germany started, a lot of pensioners with no idea how to queue and blocking people, the next minute they are invading Poland and bombing Coventry.....

Over Xmas we spent 4 days together in Vienna, Vena in Russian, bloody place was full of Russian. Let me tell you that is EXACTLY how Communist USSR started, a lot of tourists with nothing better to do than take over the top of the the Stephansdom Steffl and buy things from the shop. The next thing before you no it they are a World Power and the Cold War started.
