A beautiful woman is pleasant to look at, but it is easier to live with a pleasant acting one.

doesn't offer specifics
when I lived in Ukraine I had bank accounts in UAH, USD and Euros
so I don't see what's changed from the old laws
it was easy wiring money to Ukraine
getting money OUT was the problem
Ukraine tries to prevent capital flight
it's like a roach motel
the money checks in
but it never checks out

or so the laws says
but there are ways around that

hint: when you take the train to Berlin from Kyiv your luggage is not searched

The reason for that is the number of thieving Ukrainians trying to launder money.
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten
