We picked this up on NTV today [July-14]. The article is not dated though :-\

not true

Putin's dream is to be voted President for life by the Rada in 2024
to make this idea possible, Putin has to be the GREAT HERO who saved Ukraine from the fascists
and out of gratitude Ukraine rejoins its Slavic brothers as one nation with one leader

slight problem
he has to wait for North Stream to be complete before he can do this
and he needs Trump to still be in office when this happens
