I hurried up with the addition of the girl to the site. Maybe she's not a scammer. In any case, I would like to delete the profile. The administration of the site scammers asks me to scan my documents to confirm that I am really from Israel, and not this girl herself. It is safe? Has anyone done this? What is the reputation of the site?

Considering you reported the girl and now want to remove her, the site is simply asking for proof you are you and not the girl trying to remove herself. I don't see any harm scanning documents that prove who you are and sending it to them. Cover your last name and a few numbers in your documents before scanning if it helps you feel better.

It's just another site who's REAL agenda is to get you to join the dating sites there's ads for ....

ANYONE joining a pay by letter site IS being scammed

Some info on ladies can be bad info. You reported a lady but now feel she doesn't deserve it. Some women don't deserve it but I would assume most reports are accurate. Some anti scammer sites get paid for recommending certain agencies. Hard to tell if their recommended agencies are good places to do business with. Do lots of reading here. You'll have a better chance to succeed.
