I like this one.  My parents were big Elvis fans, we always had his records playing in the house.   Odd, because they're more from the Beatles' generation,  Anyway, this one has lots of eye candy, too  -

Which is actually an Italian song from 1963, composed and performed by Pino Donaggio:

Quote
Born in Burano (an island of Venice), into a family of musicians, Donaggio began studying violin at the age of ten, first at the Benedetto Marcello conservatory[1] in Venice, followed by the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan. At the age of 14, he made his solo debut in a Vivaldi concert for Italian radio, then went on to play for both the I Solisti Veneti and the Solisti di Milano. The discovery of rock and roll during the summer of 1959 ended Donaggio's classical career when he made his singing debut with Paul Anka. He then began to write his own songs and established himself as one of Italy's prominent singer-songwriters. He took part in the Sanremo Festival with "Come sinfonia" (1961) and had a string of successes including "Il cane di stoffa". However, his greatest hit was the 1963 hit "Io che non vivo", which sold 80 million records worldwide and was performed most popularly in English as "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" by Dusty Springfield and Elvis Presley.

His first film score was the British/Italian horror film Don't Look Now. Since then he has worked on many films, and composed music for several more, including: Dario Argento's Trauma and Due occhi diabolici. He works regularly with US director Brian De Palma, scoring De Palma's Carrie (1976), Home Movies (1979), Dressed to Kill (1980), Blow Out (1981), Body Double (1984), and Raising Cain (1992).
His two other songs quoted above:

On a personal, irrelevant note, his brother-in-law was the last manager I had in my very first job back in 1964 (below at left), occasionally playing the piano in his early group before finally devoting himself to a career in industrial chemistry -  sitting at his desk in our research lab (below at right) :D.

Cool story, Sandro.

But Pino doesn't match Elvis in hotness. :P

Does seem to take a second for the video preview to become available.
Maybe double check the format of the tag you are using
Starts with
[ youtube =425,344 ]      without spaces of course

followed by a vailid youtube video URL

followed by the closing tag, again without spaces
[ /youtube ]

Yeah. is awesome. Always liked his unique voice. I never thought Journey can ever be what they were when he left. , who is actually Manny Pacquiao when he's not doing something silly like boxing, actually comes very close to the sound of Perry. But with him singing despite sounding a bit like Steve Perry, it's tough to watch as you almost just want to start cracking up...Something's wrong with the picture, man.

But let me give kudos to my favorite female artists I liked over the years. Not necessarily in the order of preference.

, , , , , , , , , .

Sam Brown's performance on 'Concert for George', which I thought was a show stealer, was cut when the CD was released. Too bad.

In Kyiv, we had a neighbour who, when drunk, would go out on the balcony and sing this song.  We didn't know his name, as his nickname was "Cheremshyna".

The baritone in the above clip is Vasily Gerello, Ukrainian by birth, though his Grandfather was Italian.  So, in honour of his mixed Italian/Slavic roots, I dedicate the following piece to Sandro -

Nice voice, although I think that Cheremshyna is more impressive in the version I heard in the 1950s sung by a bass whose name I forgot - maybe Dmitri Gnatyuk:

Thank you Catherine, thoughtful of you :D. At La Scala most baritone roles are usually given to our Renato Bruson, who has a deeper tessitura:

Yes, great voice, a very deep baritone that sounds much like a bass. The balalaika/accordion accompaniment also creates a more 'traditionally Russian' atmosphere :D.
