In many countries, if the male child is not having sex with females by age X, then some parents and most relatives start wondering about his sexual orientation.

including outside professionals and direct reports, all work 55+ hours per week on average. I frequently work more hours than that per week, but I work at least half (sometimes more) of my time at home. Working 55+ hours per week away from your wife doesn't bode well for an international marriage. She will need you more frequently than you can imagine. NEVER EVER let your FSUW stay bored and alone at home.

I understand that most boys in their teenage years will be in the experimentation or later stages when it comes to sex, but..... a mother buying condoms?  She cannot just tell her son to go and puchase them himself?
Young men are not skilled at thinking when they have a naked girl with them. Girls are better, but only marginally so. Having an condom handy when needed is far better than not having one. In my opinion, the mother is not in such a hurry to become a grandmother.

Seriously? you thought that you would bring it up here and not with her the ten thousand times you chatted, exchanged letters or spoke face to face? What else have you not discussed? You need to talk to this girl about sex! I would have brought it up before I met her the first time. I would have told her to take extra vitamins and lots of juice, to to go to yoga at least a week before the trip to give her strength for when I arrive. If there is anything else you haven't discussed, do that too!!
