Title: Newbies read this, Condoms: Don’t be a fool, cover your tool
Post by: 2tallbill on January 17, 2019, 01:15:48 PM
Sock that wang, before you bang
You can’t go wrong, if you shield your dong

People were talking about condoms in another thread that was going to
get buried and lost so I thought that I should start a thread to discuss
them.

Some fun facts:

1. They have STD's in the FSU and in some places it's rampant.

2. Women in the FSU become pregnant when your sperm and their egg hooks
up, I know this because I made a baby with my Russian wife and I've seen
enough pregnant Russian women to know that biology works over there just
    like it does here

3. You don't want to make unplanned babies with women who you don't want
spend the rest of your life with.

4. You can buy condoms in the FSU they are called prezervative (singular) презерватив
and prezervativy (plural) презервативы or you can bring them from home and know
that you have what you prefer.

As always for the people who are native/fluent Russian speakers please correct anything
I got wrong, and if we have any Ukrainian/Belarussian/other language speakers feel free
to add the words or phrases to the thread.

..and as I said in THAT thread.. sadly, condoms will not help much re Herpes Simplex Virus I/II.

Think surgical gloves and no kissing...

And beware that some gals will tell you they don't want you to wear a condom.

I have encountered this, and (1) they were not uneducated gals and (2) they didn't want a baby.

They complained that the feeling was just not as good for them if man wore a condom.

One gal rubbed her finger on my arm and then said; now, imagine the difference in the feel if I did the same wearing a glove.

They all seemed oblivious to STDs.

Concur. Not solely with FSUW. Sentiment is universal.

Additionally, how does condom help with oral sex? I've yet to see Trojans sized for the big head.

So newbies shouldn't wear condoms?

Sadly in the f s u it will be the guy insisting on using condoms most woman expect you to not wear one.  Pelvic inflammatory disease is rife.  Abortions are sadly very frequently  used as contraception.   I'm speaking about people with good degree level education.   Women can be quick to bed but they are thinking about a long term relationship.

And as I said in that thread for most men herpes is not that big a deal there's much nastier stds to catch and sadly why conception levels are low in the f s u they do the reproductive system no good.

Plus buy packs of 3 easier to monitor for tampering.   Take the used one's away with you and dispose of not a great idea to leave little packets of d n a about so many ways to frame you.  Get it wrong putting it on start again with a new one so never get down to your last 3.

A rather perverse conclusion there, Beel ....!

Condoms help - but do not offer full protection as the shaft of one's todger is still exposed and infect mucal transfer could take place

IF you seriously want to avoid HSV I/II - you'd need to wear surgical gloves and and dental barriers !

I guess in a pinch - Saran Wrap.... except going to kitchen and unrolling and cutting a square seemingly would kill the mood.

Its been years and years for me, but FSUW generally were more concerned about pregnancies than diseases.  Some smart women were exceptions.

One said she had a cream that prevented both disease and conception....sure!  Russian pharmacies sell  many items for various medical conditions that would never receive FDA approval, yet the Russian public believe them magical cures.

One time the airline lost my luggage on the way over to the FSU.  So I go to an apteka and purchased two packs of three.  The man asked me  if I wanted a packet, and I told him, "No, this woman is very pretty and I don't need a bag."  He did not catch the joke.  Those condoms were industrial grade and not sensitive.

T's oldest nephew had a steady girlfriend this summer.  When I asked her what presents I could get for her sister's family, she smiled and half jokingly, half seriously said, for the nephew, a pack of condoms.

Then read what you write and read the title of the thread. What is the title of this thread?
"It's don't be a fool cover your tool." Condoms won't protect you if a girls local boyfriend
gets jealous and bashes your head in with a bat either but note how nobody lead with that?

No Glove, No Love!

Most young people in Ukraine marry far before they should because the girl gets pregnant.

As for WM - here's a novel concept - get to know the woman before you bed her.

This post was composed without the aid of google.

You do get to know a girl to up to a point. You exchange hundreds of messages,
hundreds of phone calls over a period of months and then you meet in person
and decide that you have chemistry, how is sex not next?

How does knowing a person make her not get preggers if you have sex without
a condom?

More things about condoms to consider. Condoms expire, check the expiration date. Where was the condom made? Chinese made condoms are notorious for being badly made.

In the FSU use condoms you're familiar with. IOW best to bring some from home rather than buying some in the FSU.

I've been thinking about this a lot recently, now I'm only a few months from travelling.

I've made some bad mistakes over the last few years jumping in bed with women too soon. With me lust takes over and all common sense fly's out the window.

If put in that position, I'm considering following our youngest member kyns example, on his trip last year, but that's easier said than done  ;D

From an American site:

http://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/stdfact-herpes.htm (http://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/stdfact-herpes.htm)

How can I reduce my risk of getting genital herpes?

The only way to avoid STDs is to not have vaginal, anal, or oral sex.

"If you are sexually active, you can do the following things to lower your chances of getting genital herpes:

Be in a long-term mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who is not infected with an STD (e.g., a partner who has been tested and has negative STD test results);
Using latex condoms the right way every time you have sex.

Be aware that not all herpes sores occur in areas that are covered by a latex condom. Also, herpes virus can be released (shed) from areas of the skin that do not have a visible herpes sore. For these reasons, condoms may not fully protect you from getting herpes.

It's just something to think about, if you're the type who thinks a successful trip was getting laid ..

So dr msomb what is wrong with the polyurethane condoms for the many men and women who are allergic to latex condoms.  In fact many men and women think they have caught an std when they are reacting to latex or spermicide on a scale from mild to anaphylatic shock.  Don't be concerned boys its a very extreme and rare to be up the far end of the scale .   So latex up but be prepared to swap to polyurethane if either you or your partner has even a mild allergic reaction.

Also boys you should be more concerned about killing her with the hpv you don't even know you have and wont have been tested for

If you are going to meet many, then I understand because you don't spend a lot of time
getting to know a girl. A visit many trip is to see if you have chemistry first before wasting
time getting to know each other.

However, if you are going to meet one and you are a few months from traveling, you have a
very long time to get to know the girl. If you meet up and you have mutual attraction, you
really want her to think that you aren't attracted to her? or that's she's not sexy?

Most FSUW will tell you that they prefer that you make a pass at them too early rather
than too late. FSUW want you to win their hearts, they want to be seduced, they want
you to desire them, what they don't want is to be put on some pedestal or some stoic
vow of celibacy.

So use condoms. Very well. But in our days of zero risks, also no oral or anal, no kissing and no smoking of course. Drinking is also said to be so dangerous. So find a woman, hold her hands wearing gloves and you'll be safe. Boring as hell, but so safe....

The charity Marie Stopes International is recalling more than a million condoms in Uganda, after officials raised concerns that they were prone to breaking.

The charity began the recall of packets of Life Guard condoms after the National Drug Authority found they contained holes and did not meet quality standards. More than half of the affected products have since been recovered.

You might want to avoid the Life Guard brand.

The Life Guard condoms were manufactured in India. Who knows where else they were distributed?
Uganda government so far the only one issuing recall notices.
Does anyone know who the manufacturer is and if any other brands are affected?
