The enemy within in Ukraine.....and there's a lot of them.

The SSU detained a Russian MDI agent who,under the guise of being a student,was spying on the defence of the Kyiv region.


He is a resident of the Donetsk region ,with a higher technical education,who was remotely recruited by the Russian Special Service in November 2022.


Since then he's secretly collected information about the places of temporary deployment and the movement of units of the AFU  in the territory of Sloviansk,


Subsequently he moved to Kyiv ,where he planned to continue intelligence and subversive activities for the benefit of Russia,

The Security Service of Ukraine detained an agent of the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate ,who spied on the combat aviation of the AFU in the Chernihiv region.


According to reports Russia planned to use this information to prepare attacks on AFU facilities.


"Now she is in custody and has fully admitted her guilt the perpetrator faces life imprisonment " the press service of the SSU writes.

The SSU detained an agent of the Russian Federation who hid weapons for committing terrorist attacks in Zaporizhzhia under a child's bed in his own apartment .
A Kalashniov's automatic machine with loaded magazines ,combat grenades,and a large number of ammunition for small arms were found.


The main targets of the attacks were representatives of the command of the AFU and special agents of the SSU.

The SSU detained an ex-official who worked for Russians during the occupation.


He was the former head of the legal department of the Department for Civil Protection and Defence Work of the Kherson Regional State Administration.


During the occupation of Kherson he remained in the city and agreed to head the "Department of Legal Support "created by the Russians in the then captured water resources basin management.

SSU detained a FFS resident who created his own network of informants in Kherson.


He kept in touch with up to ten informants in the region .According to the case materials ,all of them were local residents who supported the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.


The task of this intelligence network was to transmit to Russia up-to-date information about the units of the AFU in the front-line area of the Kherson region.


In particular ,the informants tried to identify the possible combat positions of the "Grad"salvo rocket systems and foreign M777 Howitzers.

The SSU detained an informatics teacher of a local higher professional school,who "worked" as a proof reader for the Russians in Zaporizhzhia.


To collect intelligence ,the person involved set up an observation point in his own dacha near the southern front.


In addition he travelled around the neighbouring cottage cooperatives and the surrounding area on a bicycle,where he recorded the movement routes of Ukrainian military equipment .He faces up to 12 years in prison.

The SSU detained a collaborator from Kupiansk who wanted to export 700 tons of Grain to Russia.


After the temporary capture of the city he went over to the side of the enemy and joined the occupation "police"-writes the press service of the SSU.


The court found him guilty under two articles of the criminal code of Ukraine and sentenced him to 13 years in prison.

According to SSU materials an agent who wanted to destroy Ukrainian Air Defence in Dnipropetrovsk region was sentenced to 15 years in prison.


The offender acted as part of the informant network of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces ( better known as GRU ),which the SSU neutralized earlier this year as a result of a special operation in Dnipro.

The SSU detained in Odesa a legal adviser of the "Sharia Party",who worked for Russian Military Intelligence.


He gave the Russians targets for airstrikes on the city,monitored the locations and movements of Ukrainian Air Defence units ,reported on the consequences of rocket arrivals and kamikaze drone strikes.


He is currently in custody and faces life imprisonment.

The SSU detained a Russian  informant  who was preparing a Russian air strike on Mykolaiv region during the visit of the President of Ukraine.


The offender was trying to establish the time and  list of locations of the Presidents tentative route in the region.


The Russian informant also had other goals ,in particular to identify the location of electronic warfare systems and ammo depots of the AFU in the Ochakiv area.

The SSU exposed a female agent network in Donetsk region that worked for the FSB and "Wagnerites".


According to the investigation,all four Russian agents are residents of Pokrovsk district.Even before February 24th 2022 they were recruited by the Russians and were in waiting mode until recently.


The investigation is ongoing .The perpetrators face life imprisonment.

Based on SSU materials ,the head of the Tulchyn diocese in the Vinnytsia region was sentenced to five years in prison.


According to the security service ,the Metropolitan of the UOC ( MP) publicly justified Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.


According to the investigation ,the defendant distributed propaganda leaflets among the faithful ,calling for the seizure of power and changing the borders of the state border of Ukraine.-the SSU press service writes.

The SSU detained another collaborator in Kherson ,who helped the Russians carry out mass repressions against local residents during the occupation of the city.


"it was established that the attacker beat Ukrainian prisoners ,took their personal belongings and left them without food and water for a long time "-the SSU press service writes.


On the basis of the collected evidence ,the defendant was notified of suspicion and faces up to 15 years in prison.

The SSU detained a railroad worker in Kharkiv ,who leaked routes of echelons with AFU equipment to the Russians .


In addition,the offender photographed the consequences of Russian air strikes on the infrastructure of the regional centre.


The investigation is ongoing.The offender faces up to eight years in prison.

Yes i would have thought he'd be facing more than eight years too...sounds like treason to me.


There seems to be some inconsistency in the sentences.


This is Ukraine we're talking about here though...and maybe he has family connections in high places.

The SSU detained a Russian agent who was looking for repair bases of the AFU in Zhytomy region.


According to the investigation the suspect is an immigrant from Donetsk region who moved to Zhytomy region in the spring of this year.


She is currently in custody and faces life in prison.

According to the materials of the SSU ,4 more enemy spotters received prison terms The court gave one of them 9 years in prison,the other three 8 years.


In Kyiv,the coach of one of the capitals martial arts schools received a prison term.


In the Donetsk region ,a resident of Kramatorsk ,who worked at one of the local factories,and a former employee of the disbanded special police unit "Berkut" were detained.


Another intruder was detained in Kharkiv,who corrected Russian missile attacks on the regional centre through his acquaintances from Russia.

The SSU detained a Russian informant who was hunting for AFU artillery positions near Avdiivka.


He turned out to be a resident of Pokrovsk,who was in direct contact with a staff member of the main department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.


He was also leaking information to the Russian special services about the presence of protective engineering structures near local railway stations and bridges.

The SSU detained a Russian agent ,who for a month directed the Russian "Grads" and "Shaheds" to Kherson.-the press service of the SSU.


According to the investigation ,the suspect is a local resident who was remotely recruited by the invaders after the de-occupation of Kherson.


The woman tracked the locations and movements of Ukrainian defenders ,tried to determine their approximate number and the availability of military equipment.


The low-life faces life imprisonment.
