By the way, we have in Russia men's day - 23 of February and you on the West?

Nope. Feminists don't allow them to have a special "males' day":P

We do have in USA 'Father's Day' which is on 19 June.  But this is not for 'men' as men, but rather for 'men' as fathers.  But even this day came long after there was a 'Mother's Day' which is 8 May.

And, ladies, don't assume that all of we men in USA are held down by the 'feminists.'

A great many of we men here pay absolutely no attention to those types of gals, and are not at all intimidated by them.

A very funny thing is that at many companies and organizations, some 'feminist' is in charge of giving seminars, etc., on preventing sexual harrassment, etc.  The funny part is that these particular women have absolutely nothing to worry about ever being sexually harrassed (or desired.)

[user=159]Fiorella[/user], yes that is true.  But, there still are all the other traditional gift days, birthdays, Christmas, Valentines day, etc.

Personally, I find it better to not pay attention to the traditional days and, rather, give gifts at odd times of the year.  It has more impact because is unexpected.  :-))

A little detail... we have woman day, father day, mother day, opa day, oma day, valentine day, ... a lot of day... but they are not official holiday... if these days are in the week, we need work...
