I went to the website, filled in the required info, and clicked.  Hope this will help.

I encourage everyone here to do this.

Thanks Muzh for getting it started on this website.

"Congress unanimously passed the “Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014” (S.2828) authorizing the President to provide Ukraine with military assistance including anti-tank weapons, counter-artillery radars, and tactical drones, and appropriating $350 million in funding"

Congress passes the law authorizing the President to give military aid to Ukraine and citizens still have to sign a petition to tell the Prez to get off his azz and act on it. After the assault on Mariupol, the Prez said he will look at more options to punish Russia except through military means. I predict the most the Prez will do with this petition is throw it in the garbage.
Fund the audits, spread the word and educate people, write your politicians and other elected officials. Stay active in the fight to save our country. Over 220 generals and admirals say we are in a fight for our survival like no other time since 1776.

I am perhaps one of the few persons in Russia to sign. Under zip code, instead of listing my Moscow postal code, I simply typed "Russia," and it was accepted.

God news.

Obama is trying to avoid the appearance that the US is directly supporting the Ukrainian military.  Maybe the US could send military aid to UA via NATO and have NATO train the UA military in how to use the sophisticated weaponry.

Maybe we could send a few hellfire missiles and predator and reaper UAVs, but me thinks these are earmarked for ISIS.  If the Ukrainian military had them, they could do a number on Russia's heavy weapons, radar stations, etc.  Then Russia would deploy its drones.    And WWIII could take place, limited to drones controlled by teenagers skilled at video action games, with no human deaths.

In December, Congress has approved the funding of $350 million for Obama to use to help Ukraine. Some of that funding is for weapons to help the Ukrainian military in it's fight.  As it stands now, Obama isn't sending any American weapons to Ukraine. He doesn't want to piss Russia off. Although he has the funding and Congress's approval, I doubt he will send any weapons during his presidency and he'll let the next President clean up the mess that continues to grow.

Congress authorized but did not allocate money for this bill. Gotta love the ticky tack reputation of the West . . .
