I am a 23 years old Egyptian guy who works as a software engineer and I am looking for a beautiful girl / woman to marry who has a good sense of humor and needs a serious relationship  :)

If you live in Egypt, I believe the chances of you finding a Slavic woman as a partner are remote.  If you are Muslim, you may have chances with women from the former Muslim republics, particularly Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan.

but don't think you'll find many FSU women dreaming of the dessert dunes along the Nile, picturesque and charming though they may be

Plenty of FSU women go to tourist hotels in Egypt.  At the moment seems more popular than Turkey.

Book a room and hang out at the pool.. that's what I would do...

The Red Sea resorts are somwhat warmer in Winter...In the Summer months TR way outstrips Egypt for FSU tourists and overaĺl !
