Cyprus or spain
« on: January 23, 2019, 09:18:16 AM »
I'm based in UK where basically to live with a woman from the fsu you have to marry her or find a woman who already has a British passport.  I have the idea to sell my house in UK.   Buy a rental property in UK and buy a residency in either south Spain Tenerife or Cyprus.  If I did this would I be able to live with an fsu woman without marrying her ?

Don't you think it would be a good idea to get tho the stage of marrying a FSU first before contemplating selling your UK house? I've seen people take years to get to the stage of marrying someone.

Before you do this you're going to have to know what are you rights regarding living and working in places such as Spain, Tenerife or Cyprus and doing it while married to a FSUW. Do you have a skill set that would allow this to be possible?

Have you lived abroad before? Some people can't handle living in a foreign environment where they've never lived before. Aren't comfortable with the local language and culture.

Why uproot your entire life for a woman you haven't met?  Your employment permits you to live abroad?

I'm planning  a life of leisure rent should bring in 2000£ a month I will have purchased my foreign property rent free.  Having lost more than half my capital spent over 100000£ on lawyers and barristers been to court 5 times and wasted 4 years doing divorce paperwork and accounts I'm not keen on marriage but I do like Ukrainian women.

I've been to tenerriffe  southern Spain and Cyprus before and liked them.  I've always been a rolling stone and as long as I'm warm and fed I'm happy.  Add a nice beach and I'm happier.

So what are you doing with your children?  You've listed their ages, and they still need you, don't they?

After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

True I'm planning ahead a bit..  also my house is too big so I want to downsize.  I also understand it may be better to wait to brexit.   Obviously selling a house and buying 3 houses will take time.  My youngest has only 4 more years at school.  Once at university they need less nurturing.  Plus my mum my sister my ex my ex s parents all live in a 20km circle.  Flights in and out are relatively cheap.  So kids can fly out to the sun.

That isn't enough money to do very much with if that is going to be all there is.  I would think you would want and or need more...an airline ticket here or there and you would be running low...plus with renters things pop up and next thing you know you are not getting paid, or have a massive repair.   Just a thought

well....

every transaction is either buying or renting
I haven’t seen many places that just let you “take stuff”

marriage is buying
escorts/mistress is for renters

if you find a market for Ukrainian women that is neither buying nor renting
please post all the details here...

if you are so overwhelmingly opposed to buying
then I can tell you for a fact that renting, though maligned by many
can be a very gratifying experience if done right
and that's all I have to say about that

No, an FSU woman won't stay with you if you don't intend to marry her.

FSUW are not for entry level daters
FSUW don't do vague
FSUW like a man of action. Be a man of action

Not true, there are plenty of women just wanting a man to 'take care' of them.

More than a few men wanting a woman to take care of them. Especially if she's very rich.

If you are a rolling stone, then you need to find a woman who will want to make you lay roots..

IF you want to try a new life, rent, first THEN buy when you decide

Cyprus is a an island and many FSU women find it confining - esp in Winter ... BUT it has lot's of Russian speakers

Yup

300 k in Euros ...RESIDENCY - not citizenship  ...and there are lots of rules including working in Cyprus and deriving income of 30 k Euro/ years - plus and extra 5k for every family member  - plus a 30k bond / deposit in a CY bank - cannot be accessed for 3 years
