Greetings. My name is Angelika. :) I learned about your forum from one of the old members and come to see. I am a Russian woman who is currently actively searching. I have learned a lot of information about international dating and, I think, I have already something to share. I am a professional journalist, so I could write several articles for your auditory about Russian women. One of the articles is ready. If you need it, tell me how and where I can publish it.

Welcome Angelika!!!!
:welcome: :welcome: :welcome:
You are a journalist.
:applause: :applause: :applause:
We could use a journalist. One blessed us with over 5,000 stories about Russian life. His RWD Forum name is "Mendeleyev," and it has been months since he last contributed. He was voted our most valued contributor. Here are his posts:

I believe a narrative by a Russian woman about Russian women would be a splendid addition and would attract much attention.
RWD has changed much from when it started. Then, few members were married to RW, and most of us were new to the adventure of meeting RW with the idea of possibly finding a "life partner." We had thousands of questions for the married men and a few RW who also participated. It was very valuable as all us harbored some misconceptions about RW and the dating and marrying process.
Today, the number of US men traveling to Russia is smaller, as well as the number of US-Russia marriages. Also, it seems that if a man travels, most travel to Ukraine. Thus, RWD's actively participating membership today is mainly married men, almost all of whom joined RWD early in the dating stage.
Nevertheless, a few members are in the initial stages, having made a trip or two, and are posting about their future plans to continue their search. A number of men come here without participating.
As an example of the "old guys," I made my first trip to the CCCP in 1986 as a tourist visiting Dutch embassy friends, and returned to Russia in 2002 after my divorce from a long marriage. I joined RW forums in 2002 and have participated almost continuously since. Today I am happily married to a RW from a Siberian Cossack family. To find her, I dated a lot of women and made many mistakes, some BIG ones - mistakes that is. ;)

Welcome to the forum Angelika. Please share any stories you have with the men here. Right now we are bored and talk politics too much.

. . . I could write several articles for your auditory . . .
Auditory refers to hearing through the ear.

Welcome Angelika!
It's always good to have new perspectives on the issues. My wife is from Moscow. I look forward to hear from you!

I know your area Dubna fairly well, thought about living there or in Tver last year
but instead went in the opposite direction and ended up below the 3-ring highway
about 2 km below Dzerzhinksy on the Moskva river
I only plan on living there part-time because I can not handle Moscva winters
and I live the rest of the year in the Gulf of Mexico and Costa Rica
the weather is quite warm in both places, with Costa Rica NOT being as humid as the Gulf Coast
I married a Russian woman and we have two children in college in the USA
my oldest daughter also works summers in the Moscow film industry and is also a spokesperson for a Russian charity, all my family including myself are Russian speakers
my father’s family immigrated from Odessa 2 generations ago...
maya baboshka took care of me when I was a malanky malchick and raised me
and moulded me in her image of what a good “okhotnik na volko” should look like
and so that’s what I am, a okhotnik of many things...
and frankly, over the years, I’ve gotten pretty damned good at it...
writing is both a craft and an art form
good writers know when to use their words both ways
a crafty writer is Jane Austin
an artistic writer would be Dylan Thomas as he drank himself to death
he touched the void that we will all touch one day

I thank you all for your warm welcome. Here is my first article for you
