in Russia, being HIGHLY FLUENT in English+technical education, gets you a cushy job at the GRU, and yur workin in the Moscva 'burbs insteada a muddy trench, yur EXAMPT from that!!!
and you can even wear CIVILIAN CLOTHES while on duty and have lunch in the local cafes
very casual...

so ya'll better plan ahead....
