This is really positive. I do not know too many Americans who have visited Belarus. Hopefully, policies like this will get more Americans visiting. Coldwarrier, you are one lucky guy!

I must be missing something here, it has been possible to obtain a multi-entry visa, but they cost $350.

Is this some new (cheaper) visa being talked about?

I don't see any mention of it of on the Belorussian Embassy/USA site - is this for EU and their other limited friends worldwide?
