Visa for Ukraine citizens

Greetings all,

I would like to know for which countries people from Ukraine need visa? No visa is need to come to Serbia but there is countries around and maybe there is need for visa. Also I would like to know about Ukraine passport- I find out that price of the same passport is some 55USD and I would like to know is there any additional expenses (for photographs and documents need to apply for passport)
