I thought she was going to be different, but like most researchers or people who write articles, they get what they want at the forums and don't come back.

Good riddance, as far as I'm concerned.

Hey all,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I did not leave. My apology. I just haven't checked the site for a week because school got busy (mid-term week). I am still following the thread. I am not someone who just left without saying a word to people who have helped me in the process. My apology if that is how you feel. I have said right from the start that I did not plan to exploit people on the site. And I am sincere in my endeavor. And please, I am not a troll......................................

I have been doing a lot of readings. And I have been going through the interviews. I am still going through the site and reading the old material. As I promised, I will post my chapters once they are done. It is a long process to write a book, so it will be a while.

Again, please accept my apology.

All of it ?  :o Ok, see you next year Ada  ;D

Don't worry about "hard words", they are mainly from people who have refuse to participate in your questions  ::)

Ada's last post was in February - more than 2 months ago.

Anyone in contact with her to ask her if she plans to follow-up - or shall we close this forum ?

No response from Ada in more than a month since this question was raised.

This specific forum will remain open until the end of May (2 more weeks - give or take), at which time I will close it if we hear nothing further.

Ada

I think this post by Ada was the last time she has visited RWD.

For anyone interested, here is a link to her profile at Depaul University, Department of Sociology -- http://condor.depaul.edu/~soc/facultystaff/cheng.htm

And I have attached her published CV.

I will probably send her an email and inquire as to her future plans, if any, with whatever it was she started here and seemingly left half-completed.
