Why is it that one get so frequently timed-out?

The text say pretty much all.

I'm logged in, recently, take a few minutes to Write a text in response to whatever post. Submit it, and then I get a Message to sign in again and...voila...all the text I just wrote are gone. What's that about?

When you log in make sure you click "Forever" in a little box next to it.

Maybe the administers recently added an anti-Putinist spam software to this forum?  ;D

Maybe the site has a breathanalyser like they do with drunk drivers for cars? Car will not start until breath is below legal limit--or zero !!
