When I met my Russian woman for the first time, she spoke decent English. Due to the coronovirus lockdown, she has had little time to speak Engligh and her language skills have suffered. Can anyone recommend some intermediate English courses I can set her up with?

back when I was in your position, I paid for my wife to receive English lessons from someone local to her
just wire her some $$$, lots of people are teaching English, don't know what prices are these days, but it's inexpensive
when she gets to the USA, there are a lot of ESL classes in community colleges, etc
most Russians get BBC on cable, so have her watch that, plus TV shows on Youtube, etc
you will have to alter your vocabulary, stick to simple words,
I learned enough Russian to also communicate with her and the kids in Russian
good to have a private language sometimes when in public!

this video may give you an idea of what it's gonna be like

Was hoping for more of an online resource. Something she can start immediately. Not just for the language ( which is better than that video ) but also to give her something to do as she's currently very bored. She is not used to being unable to travel where she would use English conversationally.

How about YOU as online resource ? Daily conversation will help her a lot, especially if the difficulty is your accent or slang.
