2009 Denver Summer Picnic - June 14, 11a to 5p

The announcement from Clay Carten, one of our members:

We would like to invite you to our somewhat annual summer picnic/party we are hosting for AM/RW couples on Sunday, June 14th from 11am to 5pm at Silo Park in Greenwood Village.

We have reserved a covered picnic area with plenty of tables and room for over 50 people.  There are restrooms, two charcoal grills and electric outlets within the covered area and a small playground (swings, slides, etc) just a few yards away within easy site if you would like to bring your kids with you, they are more than welcome.

This year we are asking all couples to bring their own food and beverage item with them.  We will supply glasses, plates, silverware, condiments, napkins, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, etc.

The address is 9300 East Orchard Road.  To get there, exit Orchard Ave and go east past DTC Blvd/Yosemite Street and it will be on the right side.

There is parking right next to the covered area (looks like an open sided barn).  The entrance is right before you see the barn.

There are some other couples that I don’t have an e-mail address for, so if you think they are interested, please forward this on to them.
