Help in finding an old friend in Lviv

We were good friends about 12 years ago. I visited her and her family and when I got a girflriend here in the States I of course had to lose all my contacts abroad.  I'd love to find her again and see how things are with her.  I wonder if someone could help me find her.  I'm guessing calling Lviv information and looking up her family name and asking for  her.  I"m willing to pay for calling card and other compensation.  She was a very sweet and cool friend and I do wonder about her.  please pm.
