I found some older postings here in the Forum about A Foreign Affair/loveme.com but nothing recent.  What is the general opinion these days of the site?  I was corresponding with one young lady from Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and she abruptly said she was leaving the service but we could stay in touch via social media. (She, quite brilliantly, found a way to me her Facebook info and we've had a couple of video conversations via the platform.) She hasn't said anything bad about the platform, she just did not think it was for her.  Most of the pictures of the FSU women look like super models, whereas the women from Latin America are very attractive, but not "over the top" (make sense?).

It is a legitimate site, but yes its so obvious there are many photos for FSU women that are enhanced. Its so obvious, its ridiculous

Since that company coops with other agencies and contractors in FSU areas, I am thinking the agencies and contractors for extra income are charging the women to 'enhance' their photos

Russia and the rest of the FSU have a bad reputation of trying to fleece gullible westerns with the possibility of romance with a hot woman from the FSU. Perhaps those in the KGB who ran the honey pot traps for westerns spies are now in the matchmaking business or perhaps it's just the Russian version of capitalism? Either way they've perfected the art of photographing beautiful FSUW.

Some of the women are shown how to maximize their beauty and some of the photos are very well done. Add this to the fact that some RW are beautiful to begin with and it's not surprising they look like super models.

It's my understanding that AFA makes a great deal of money off of its tours and communication through its website. Given the choice of communicating via AFA or on social media it's got to be cheaper to communicate via social media. As for your lady in Playa del Carmen, it's a short flight from anywhere in the US. How's your Spanish?

More bad than good was said about AFA. The website's address in Arizona is the same address for the custodial of records of numerous porn sites.

Sounds like they're diversifying their business. Porn is a good money maker on the Internet. Don't know if it's still true but at one time porn made more money on the Internet than gambling.

It's pretty much a total scam. Don't waste your money. There's too many other options out there these days. The days where the girls had to go to their "local agency" to send and receive correspondence are long gone. It's an outdated model where they were the mandatory go between. That model just begs to be abused and they (AFA, LoveMe) take/took full advantage of it.

The Foreign affair business model has too much temptation for the
local agencies to resist. They are tempted to write letters and answer
letters on behalf of the hot ladies in their data base to men who they
might not even be interested in.

The lady who came up with a way to communicate outside the agency
probably wanted to protect you from them.

It is a little rusty!  We have talked about a quick trip in the future during a video call on Facebook. Her English is very good so that helps tremendously!
