Looking for a pet friendly, small flat to rent in Kyiv for two people by the month. It would be a plus if it is near the US Embassy area.

Try looking for one in airbnb. Just be careful as the cleaning fee and taxes may increase the daily price significantly as it happened to me once. If not just try contacting the owner directly and make the deal directly with him.
