For starters and others with knowledge,

   The word "free cheeze" is what some guys call the free web sites. Yes I have used both. Warning the free web sites are full of bait. If you give up your email address you'll find tons of email from god knows where. But in the past web sites like omen.ru or Kiss.com were great. All good things come to an end. But finding real new web sites that are free is very difficult. I have several email address which allow me not to screw up the important ones. But to control the (data wolfs) people after my address to email locations not important to me. It's work and I know it.

  As for Agencies I've used. The women had less interest. It's never worked for me. It is very strange some of the stories. If you want to hear some? Just ask. Personely I think it has all come down from what it was just 2 years ago. Believe me it was great on the free web sites. As well as kiss.com when it was cheap. It sucks now. But lately I've noticed some new agencies, which have questionable women looking for love and marriage. I still would like to know if kick backs are going on in agencies. You pick a girl out of a photo album to go to diner with and she gets a little money if she says yes to your request of meeting. I hope this is not true.

  For the free web sites which are only in the CIS nations. Sure have the cat ladies. All claws and no purrrrrre. You understand. My last find has been good. But the power of writing in Russian has been the only added bonus to get me chating. To many new men which must not know Russian. Get learning Russian and pass most of the want-a-be lovers. If she has to know good english you can learn some Russian. Plus, people over in the CIS nations will show respect if you try. This planet doesn't have one language. But lucky 4 you it does have people in every location that can speak English. Go to your local library and find tapes or even CD's w/learning russian.

 

This topic will be hot. Like Agencies which claim free email if in Russian. Think about it!

Free Web Site ?

A lot of web site use the word "FREE" without be really free... free to browse the catalogue, free to post a profile, ... but when you wish contact the lady, you need "upgrade" your free membership to "silver" of "gold" for the more sexy woman...

You have always the free personals but they are the site with the most scammer... all is automatic and almost not control are make...

And you have some personals page, who try to make a good work... usually, these page are not easy to find with search engine...

Myself, i have use the 250mb given by my provider to build my own "marriage agency"... in reality, it is a homepage but for be ranked in search engine and have visitor, i call this "marriage agency". It is my hobby, i earn nothing... and the site is really free... the site is not big but i have around 50 new woman each month... i am good ranked in russian search engine ( thank to the guys who have advice me to make a "advice section" in russian language :-))) ).

The life for little really free agency is not easy... the big one don't like concurrency... some woman are asked to remove her profile from my site by big one agency... i have weekly attack with virus... but i have now a very good protection... i use linux for the server...

And why not start yourself your own little "marriage agency"... it is easy and cheap... myself, i pay around 12.5 euro month for the server, the internet connection, the domain name and 5 e-mail address... you will be the first to see the ads and if you have interest in the woman, the first to write her... a little work and little money each month for find your soulmate in place of pay 10$ for only one address...

All is possible... i know a agency who pay 20$ for each new ladies refert to them... imagine a russian man who send each week only 5 woman... it is a income of 400$ month, not bad for russia... and all is online, without control... the guy can send data from woman already married of woman who have no interest in marry a foreign man... i understand gratis for woman but why pay them ?

And some site refuse to remove the ads when the woman ask it... i have help a russian woman, already married to a russian man to remove her ads... i have find more that 60 sites with her ads but she have posted it to only one site... and only 10 from the 60 have accept to remove her...

If somebody need help, feel free to write me, i go try to make my best... and don't need to place a ads on my site for this... and i can help both man and woman... and more about detect some scammers...

  For the men that understand what was said. Free web site {like Omen.ru} are bait or gold mines. But some agencies will allow you to write to a lady once for free. But only a few will allow you to write (if in Russian) endlessly. I can see  that more detail was needed to get the point across. Sorry for those confused. I personnelly do not like to have anyone but her see what I write in a letter. So I hang @ a few free web sites and take the spam as it comes. And boy does it come, with little rest.

   For those going to Russia. Why is it that Saint Petersburg has endless Agencies, while Moscow (if I could find any) has few agencies if any? Yet Moscow women are surely the number one listed women in all free web site. Go figure. I can't. I had used kiss.com way in the past. It was amazing how easy it was (in Russian) to get a reply from a CIS woman in Kiss.com. But when Kiss.com went after the money. Basically requesting money from everyone or be removed. The women fell away like birds migrating in the fall. This is when I found out about the free sites like omen.ru, which was free and had the emaill address listed. Kiss.com went public and the price went to the roof. Nothing good last forever. But while it does last, get your share.

This is about all the free be stuff, from the other side of the world men seam to think that the girls our the only ones to play games.

I think that agency like you give bad expectations to woman... EXPECTATIONS... this can be a great topic for these forum ...

Maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but this is not far from the truth based on comments I've heard from Russian woman. Instant wealth is the most common misperception. Other strongly held beliefs that may cause problems during adjustment include: life in America is a constant vacation, people don't have to work to make a living, everyone travels extensively, and the people are friendly because they don't have any problems.

It becomes easy to understand why problems might arise given the disparity between reality and expectations. This is no more true than the unreasonable expectations held by many western men regarding Russian women. The most common misperception of Russian women is that they are docile wallflowers. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Russian women have assumed the preponderance of responsibility for the family and social order in Russia. On top of this, most are reliable workers, earn degrees from universities, and to a greater or lesser extent, are opinionated.

The Russian woman's expectations are usually way off base. They expect life to be very easy after moving to America. They assume their financial worries will just disappear. They don't think that westerners, especially Americans, must work hard for what they have. The big shock is when they realize how many hours most Americans work just to make ends meet.

Agency shell dream, ... i give reality ... some woman have removed ads from my site when i have break her dream... i have only explain the reality of our western world... and they have choice to search a russian man because they have not feel herself ready to go outside russia.... i will realistic woman, not these who dream and divorce after some year because the dream was not true...

Marc, the problem is not the promo itself but how several agency annouce it... they say free contact, free membership, ... you don't read the little letter... and after 3 e-mail, you receive a e-mail from agency who ask you money for continue the communication... woman contact you and you need upgrade your free membership for reply...

Several use the word free for have more visitor without be really free... they lie for attract the visitor... it is more a ethic problem... type "free marriage agency" in google, and you go have 2.940.000 result... if 0.1% have really something free, it is a miracle... if a man will a full free marriage agency, he cannot find it with search engine, because i cannot see it between all carbage... you can find result like "100% FREE dating and personals site" and when you visit the site, you see that your have only "your profile for free" ... it is misleading of people and these people loose a lot of time for search something because several business have no ethics.

Maybe i can use the keyword "tour", "translation", ... on my site for attract more visitor but it will be a lie because i don't offer these service... it only show my respect of the visitor...

 I've offered a few opinions and suggestions to several discussions on this board, but I do not see the  purpose of personal attacks against someone just because they present an opinion different then yours.  Bringing Galena (who has nothing to do with this discussion) into the arguement was unprofessional and reflects badly on yourself and your agency sir.  You can disagree with someone without getting personal and  you present a stronger case by stating your argument with facts.  I may not always agree with Bruno, but he is able to list sources of information for his point of views and you can tell he does his research. 

Mr. Dayton you strike me as the type of person that takes every opinion different from yours as a personal attack and you come across as insecure with yourself and not responsible for your actions.  This may not be the case, but the that's the way you present yourself on this board. Your story about how you started in the MOB field was interesting and showed some character when you accomplished your goals by working mulitiple jobs for the three months prior to your lady's arrival.

Another thing to think about is that perhaps your agency and Brunos website have different demographics and customer base?  I do not think a man in Santa Clara county (where the average price of a home is $400,000.00) is going to look for a partner at Bruno's website,  Bruno just provides another resource for searching.

I lived in San Jose and Northern California for over 20 years and I can honestly say that the California attitude leaves a lot to be desired., now perhaps we can get back to the topic of this board?
