At FSU Folks picnic met interesting couple.
She is 8+ FSU gal and brought 4 year old autistic daughter with her 2 years ago.
He is college graduate and very decent looking, but only works as manager at convenience store.
Probably a 10 year age difference.
She openly told wife that she desperately wanted to marry a USA guy and come here to obtain best care and education for her daughter that she couldn't get in FSU.
She is very, very grateful for her husband's care of her and daughter.
The man is very religious and told me that this was God's mission for him to take care of this child.
Said the girl only screamed for first year or so in USA, but now has calmed down considerably with his loving attention.
The wife was very attentive and loving to the man, and seemed to me as a very good person.
I don't think she has plan to leave this man at any point.
She dressed in manner to hide her knockout shape as much as possible and wore no makeup; I think she does this so as to not attract undue attention from men.

You noticed her and she is the first type of woman I would notice as well. Sometimes the understated are much more alluring than those who put out everything for everyone to see.

Sounds like both an exceptional man and an exceptionally grateful woman. Good luck to them and their child.

Damsel in distress meets white knight. Quite ok. Happens all the time regardless of where, when and how folks met.
Hope it continues to work out well for the family.

Not so sure about the guys "mission" comments -- but all power to him ( & her) for what they are doing. Depending on the degree of autism it can be a very difficult stressful exercise for all concerned .
