I think you're putting the cart before the horse.

I don't think she would want to get pregnant and raise a kid by herself.  You being able to leave, at a moments notice, isn't reassuring.   Sure, it happens and is something that should be discussed with the individual.  There is no universal "want to get pregnant by a foreigner" thought process. 

Getting a woman pregnant won't keep her with you if that is your plan.  You are better off building a strong relationship instead of trying to hedge your bet.

It would be one thing if it 'just happened', but for a woman/man to have it actually planned out is a different story. 


I know firsthand of a wealthy man who has impregnated numerous ladies from both the FSU and South America.  I don't think he is currently married to any, but does provide adequate financial support to the women/child.  My grasp on the situation is that the ladies were under the impression they were to be married to this man, and in at least one case there was a marriage *and quick divorce*.   
I say overall it is a very big risk for the lady to take the chance of being pregnant and never receiving one thin dime for support.  She would be taking almost all the risk up front, so you would have to find a risk taker.  Of course risk takers like this, have their own unique set of issues that you may or may not be willing to live with.

No woman who values a normal family life is going to get pregnant intentionally by a foreign man without having lived with him and having a strong commitment from him. Younger women are even less likely to do so than older women.

Chances go up if a green card is granted to a baby from an American citizen. Be suspect of any woman who suggests having a baby from a foreigner before being in a stable relationship. Sincere women will be suspect of an man that suggests that idea too.

Most FSUW don't want to scam you. There are many things you can do to
reduce the possibility of getting scammed.

1. Stay within 10 years of your age
2. Stay off of Pay per view sites (pay per letter/chat)
3. Read the 10 RWD commandments
4. Follow them
5. Dump any woman who is not the future ____________ your name here
6. Don't dismiss bad behavior just because the woman is hot
7. You can settle on looks, age, and many other things but never on character.
8. Listen to everything they say or write. Scammers out themselves.
9. An interested woman will find a way to stay in contact with you. Those who
don't or make excuses are only marginally interested at best. Dump marginally
interested women immediately.
10. Don't look at everything as a scam!

Regarding your original post
Wear a condom and you protect yourself from disease or babies. I am sure there
is an FSUW that would be happy to get a baby first, just like there are FSUW who
will harvest your organs for spare cash or satanic rituals, but 99.99% won't. 

Stop worrying about the .001% and if you by chance come across one then you
run like the wind with both hands on your testicles (only if you want to use them
again).

Impossible. Not that a woman wouldn't be happy making a decision for someone but a man being impregnated by anyone. I don't believe we've advanced our science that far yet.

you are asking the wrong question here.
Instead of asking "how do I make sure I am not scammed for child support money?"
you should be asking "what happens if my child is a Russian citizen, lives in Russia, and I am not married to child's mother?"
and what happens is you have no authority about anything that's happening to this child, and you don't even have access to a child, if the mother likes you no more.
You can cry all you want after what's done is done, and you can feel that you love this child, and someone had stolen the most precious thing from you, but if the mother will be mad at you (for being a jerk, for example), you will never see or hear anything about your child again.
