I don't know you so I am answering your question generically so that any newbie in the
same situation could read my advice on this and learn.

It's best to avoid the pay per letter and pay to chat agencies. Since the girl didn't respond
to your request immediately you can assume that you are wasting your time with that girl.

You need to understand that it's very, very tempting for the local agencies to send out
letters on behalf of their girls who might not even know that you exist. It's also very
tempting to pay girls to chat with Western men when the commissions are so high.

What I would recommend is to consider the money spent at the pay per letter site as
tuition at the school of hard knocks. You've paid money and received very little in
return. You've found your way here to this forum where there is a wealth of information
and can now start learning how to find and pursue a woman from the FSU.

Write each question down and keep at it. Often times the questions will answer themselves, there

That sounds like a ridiculous way to get money from guys. Cancel your membership if you have one and do your research about joining a reputable site. If you allow yourself to be scammed, than you WILL be scammed. Don't be that guy, be smarter than that and use common sense.  Might be time to reassess and reavaluate.

There is a degree of logic in this charge-if it did what it infers.Theoretically--it allows open access to contact and could be the end of website/agency involvement.Of course,unfortunately that is often not the case.
Historically-- the agencies were able to place a charge on arranging a meeting for a guy who contacted them-or was using the agency.

The only way to see that a girl is beautiful on the inside is by meeting her and
spending time with her. You can't determine this from reading her profile or
exchanging letters. You can gain insight into her personality from letters but
you must meet her in person to really get to know the girl.

So what do most men do? They go and find the hottest girls and write letters to
them. The problem with this is that everybody writes the hottest girls and often
the hottest girls don't have the personality to match their beauty. That is how the
girls like Zhanna and Eli from those photos that I posted make their money. These
men pay money to write them and to chat with them. They waste time and money
when they could be writing somebody who is serious and sincere.

What I recommend a guy to do is to sort through every single profile in his age
range and select every girl that he finds attractive. Then he should read the
profile and see if there is something that eliminates the girl, for example she might
have 10 kids or smokes or is an Muslim or Atheist or some other factor that he
would never marry*.

Then he should write to every single girl remaining. Many of the girls will not write
him back, so they exclude themselves. Now he has a list of suitable girls to write to
and can continue looking for the best one for him.

Back to your original question, men won't write to any girl that they don't find at
least somewhat attractive. There are millions of unattractive women in the West
so there is no need to travel half way around the world to find one.
