Politico is anti Trump and has used the government numbers to claim Trump is anti immigrant. They should post the numbers themselves and let people make a determination what Trump immigration department is doing but they need to write a story that fits their narrative that Trump is racist and anti immigrant.

Here are the government numbers. Trump has reduced the visitor B2 and student visas by over 300,000 compared to some of the Obama years. Those two visa are most likely abused where people overstay and disappear in our society. Those two visas account for more illegal immigrants than those crossing the border. Trump isn't anti immigrant or racist. He's anti illegal activity.

You will notice Trump increased visas for smart people and doubled the visas for farm workers. Trump's immigration department has increased visas in certain areas that benefit this country and not likely abused.

Too much *unnecessary facts and logic* in your post, BillyB. That really isn't the gist nor intent of this thread. This was just another predictable anti-Trump thread, really. Complete with Googled MSM links...

As for the # of business and tourist visas issued within the years cited, unless they provide the number of applications received with those years, we really wouldn't know the failure/success rate. For al we know the success rate may have improved within the years showing less number of visa issued.
