Finally, others are catching on.  The human excrement jokes are to further discussions between insults while enjoying dinner with friends.  One cannot build a dinner party around insults alone.

Indeed. Though I prefer to listen to insults of those not present at the dinner party. Of course I can not participate there, as it would make me a hypocrite considering the first point in this thread I made.

Well, insulting people that can defend themselves isn't much fun.  Of course, some of those same people then complain about others insulting them.   :D

Australia IS a continent, or hadn't you heard?  But to lump Australians and New Zealanders in the same class as Americans...that's just so far below the belt!  I used to have a favourable opinion of Holland and its people, based on those I met when I was there...you just ruined the dream  :'(.
