I'm skeptical of the reported success of any vaccine, including American made. These high success rates reported are by way of press release, not based on real world data over a significant amount of time. I understand they want to get people motivated to take the vaccine but I'm not in a rush to do so.

I am also a bit skeptical of the press releases, but in a very recent conversation with my health care provider it was suggested that if I caught covid it would be like playing russian roulette with all chambers loaded. I will get vaccinated as soon as possible. You may do whatever you feel is prudent.
