Iraq mistake along with other skirmishes trying to project our might and our form of democracy upon others who didn't ask for it.
Financial crashes causing worldwide economic turmoil.
Top heavy financial and services economy.
Low leverage with manufacturing and export.
Energy inefficiencies and high reliance on fossil fuels.
Political division, social tension and economic disparity.
Tarnished international image.
Record debt.
Yeah, sum things up and those might not be empty words.

Definitely a result of the recent mano a mano meeting with Biden.
Hell, even Rodrigo Duterte would likely feel his all-female coast guard can handle the US's 'Paul Ignatius' after a meeting with uncle Joe.
