Does anyone know if http://find-bride.com is legit or not? seems too good to be true... Anyone had experience with the site?

Basically correct.
A few months back HRB/RLM plus a half dozen other sites connected or semi connected had a major hiatus and "they" stopped paying downstream. A lot ( most?) agencies seem to have migrated their lists to Find-Bride -- where many of the girls now appear.
AD girls appear on FB - as Jone said.
The major point -- in one way or another -- all the sites are basically similar -- so searching comments on Anastasia Date, Hot Russian Brides, Russian Love Match and dozen more names gives you wider discussion and explanations.
All that said -- it is possible that some girls are legit -- but -- BUT -- it is like finding a needle in a haystack -- and first you have to find the correct haystack!
That said -- my Ukrainian ex was an AD girl ( not how I met her) and my current lady also an AD girl . There are numerous others here and in the past that can say exactly the same -- and quite a few that have met AD girls in real life. So -- not impossible -- but the chances are very slim.
My biggest comment== for the right guy -- anything is possible -- BUT --I hasten to add -regardless of the high opinions some who arrive here have about themselves -- chances are they would not qualify on my test of being a potential "right guy:" ! ;D
For those that want to dispute that --come to the forum with honest questions & answers and you can get some decent advice -- it may save you a lot of $ and emotional grief ! :)

What Jay says is absolutely true.
Two quick hits for finding real women on PPL, PPC sites:
1. Hit the women up who have just registered. Chances are they are actually looking at their responses. Once a gal is 'online' for a month or two, her correspondence is taken over by agency employees.
2. Upon interacting with a woman online, get into a direct communication with her. Even if it is just to see her on the web camera. You can have her touch her finger to her nose or something. It is amazing how many of these agencies will simply play loops of previously recorded interaction. Whatever gets them money. Ultimately, if she is real and wants to meet you, slip her your email address through parsing it out in communication or something.
If a gal simply wants to interact with you online, you have NO CHANCE. It is more than likely you are talking to an agency employee (Hairy Boris?) and not the woman. And if it is the woman, she has $$ on her mind and not seeking a mate or boyfriend. After all, her husband probably wouldn't permit it, anyway.
