A 'bit' late, sorry

1/ Suburban train ' Swallow' in English

http://www.dreamstime.com/train-swallow-russian-railways-sochi-russia-august-rides-forest-background-railway-laid-shore-black-sea-image109125295

Suggested for the Krasnodar to Sochi trip - making sure you book the coast side - very open and better views than from a sleeper

2/ Russian double-decker sleeper train vid:

3/ 'Ordinary' Sleeper train - with conventional coaches / carriages  ( vagon)

In this case waiting for my UK registered car to emerge in St Petersburg ...  ( No I did not drive there and back in a Ferrari )

These are the only types of passenger trains on the Moscow to Sochi ( Adler)  route

Wife wanted to order the double decker but it was all full, 2-3 months before our trip.

Anyway, we're now back home after a wonderful holiday of 23 days. Everything went very well and we spent 2 weeks renting a villa with swimming pool by the Azov sea, close to Kerch. Holidaying with a couple of other family members there, as well as a family from Donetsk and a couple of days with a couple, old friends of my wife, living in Kerch.

Fantastic, best holiday ever for all of us...expensive in total but worth it. Only live once as they say and giving our 6 year old boy memories like this is priceless  :D

Six years old!!!  Time flies.

Good to know all is well, and that you are enjoying your money.

Money does not belong to the person who makes it and counts it; it belongs to those who spend it.

Hi guys,

We spent a night in Sochi, yes. Walked around a little, but no time to see much.

Weather was a little strange, ranging from 22-30 degrees and unusually much rain. I think it rained 4-5 nights which is unusual this time of year the locals said. Well, did good for the land which soaked it up quickly.

We weren't in the Black sea but the Azov sea and there were just a little bit of jellyfish, but didn't notice them every day in the water.

Already dreaming of next year. Hope it will happen, God willing  :D
