I have found this app works good offline.



Doing some more research..

Google translate is still the best, if you have internet..

But I would like to find something better for text to speech for offline use..
So I can work on learning when i have a few minutes.. at work. I don't always have access to the internet..

Shadow:
Instead of a translator better buy a proper language course. While translating software is improving constantly, it is far away from being equal to normal language.
