The annexation of Crimea was done by Russia.  The support the terrorists currently are receiving is also from Russia.  Putin has told the EU he has influence with the terrorists.

All this cr-p started in Ukraine LONG before Crimea. So is Putin to blame for it too?
I am talking about 1 year ago, 2, 3 and more.
You are talking of somebody "ready to die" for something. Pleeeaseeeee!
Ukrainians THEMSELVES created this "war" situation.
By NO means I suppport any war at all.
But the topic starter opened this thread with this title which makes no sense.

And still my question- HOW exactly is he ruining Russia?

That's just how he titled it. You will have to ask photo guy.

I have no idea if Putin is ruining Russia. To me it seems the more dead Ukrainians there are the happier most Russians are.

Read my recent post. Putin/Russia cannot be trusted. That is how he is ruining Russia. Putin is supporting the separatists and please tell us what their goals are and what are Putin's goals in that part of the world? He certainly lied when he told the world that his goal is to protect Russian-speakers everywhere. THE RUSSIAN SPEAKERS I KNOW IN UKRAINE DO NOT WANT HIS FAKE PROTECTION. It's a ruse. Russian speakers in Ukraine were not under attack. Also, the people in Kiev are not fascist extremists!!

Why is it BS? Can you be specific? Whether you like it or not, my view is shared by the majority of people around the world. Open your eyes... Putin's invasion of Ukraine and constant lying will create an atmosphere that is bad for investment. If it was good for the Russian economy to invade Poland or Estonia, would that be okay with you? There is blood on Putin's hands as he supplies powerful weapons to a bunch of drunk separatists in Ukraine. Russians should feel bad about that, because Putin is trying to force Ukrainians to accept HIS idea of 'New Russia'. Before this war, the people of Ukraine thought of Russians as their brothers, their cousins, but now.....

(A separatist close to Putin)

'...In Strelkov’s recent video posted online, he said he “could never have imagined” that of the more than 4.6 million people living in the Donetsk region, only about 1,000 volunteers were willing to join his rebel army to defend Novorossiya: “We can see anything but crowds of volunteers outside our gate,” admitted Strelkov, whose nom de guerre means “gunman” and whose real surname is Girkin...'

Novorossia (Russian: Новоро́ссия, Ukrainian: Новоросія, Romanian: Noua Rusie; literally New Russia) was a historical term denoting an area north of the Black Sea, presently part of Russia and Ukraine. The region was conquered by the Russian Empire at the end of the 18th century from the Ottoman Empire and remained under its control until the October Revolution and the collapse of the empire in 1917.

Crap can be continued by Putin if he so wishes. Both America and Russia has interests in Ukraine otherwise we would be leaving Ukraine alone. Because both sides have interests in Ukraine, we support our friends there. Most Ukrainian citizens are pro West and would vote in a majority of pro West politicians so America doesn't have to do as much as Russia. For Russia to maintain influence over Ukraine, they have to rig elections, implant a puppet president or use force. They couldn't rig the last election so force is the other option we're witnessing.
Fund the audits, spread the word and educate people, write your politicians and other elected officials. Stay active in the fight to save our country. Over 220 generals and admirals say we are in a fight for our survival like no other time since 1776.

NO Oppppssss. It all depends on who you ask. Obama will tell you Putin is making a mess of the place and Putin will tell you Obama is making a mess of the place. Who do you believe is lying the most?

 Doll,

This is just the way it seems to me. I don't read any Russian forums. You say they feel bad....yet as Faux Pas pointed out...the more  Putin interferes with Ukraine...the higher his approval goes.

Doll,  What should happen in Eastern Ukraine? What would be the best solution?

Hi Doll,

I have not posted here in a while but decided to add some input.  First of all Ukraine was originally part of a vast empire known as the Kievan Rus (KR),  Moscow was a vassal.   KR was the dominant power in the east and formidable on a world scale lasting 100's of years.  So you infer precedence of history to determine national status?

What do "approval" and people's feelings towards victims have in common? Again- I was in Russia for 5 weeks and saw NOBODY who, like YOU said, was "happy" about Ukrainians dying. They all feel bad about the whole thing. Neither them, nor Putin started Ukrainian crysis Here   http://www.moe-online.ru/news/view/277866.html Actually all this started long before. Is Putin to blame? Who ruined whose country?

Approval of the job Putin is doing is over 80% in Russia. Putin's job for the last 5 months has been killing Ukrainians. There is a connection there Doll.

Doll,
Putin started the current conflict in Eastern Ukraine. How he started it is fairly common knowledge to all except Russians that approve of his actions. Why he started it is still somewhat a mystery. Putin can end it but to date he hasn't and Ukrainians continue to die along with innocents of other countries.
