Unless you can tell her to try Caesars Cipher in code then the only way I found that normally passes is to begin each line with a Capital letter.

Everything else I found got caught. I also sent my facebook profile picture and specifically mentioned it was my profile picture, saying it was a new haircut and asking what she thought.

Similarly use findface.ru to find her VK profile. Usually it comes up and you can find through that.

90% of the women on there are likely to be Agency employees though.

Lol, guys, you all sound so hilarious. We are in 21 century...who the heck uses e-mail for conversations? In former USSR people use e-mail max for registration on different sites, thats all. If person tries to keep conversation via mail and pretend not to have FB or VK, its 200% scam. Agency girls are all over internet, its not big deal to find them on 10+ dating sites, getting their Instagram/FB/VK accounts. 10 minutes of search and you got her. Even old grannies often has Skype, Viber and Whatsapp to contact their kids/grandkids, someone younger definitely has social media profiles. But if u're enough lazy to make small research and trust every crap she is talking about, why to be sad after getting scammed? Then its only your fault.

This Olchik is right. We are in the age of FB, VK, Skype, Whatsapp, Viber.  No one is doing e-mail anymore.  One must use ones brain for maximum effort.

I've give advice not to mess with agency girls. Don't waste your time and money for person who see you max as walking wallet. There are few types of agency girls and women who look for foreigner:

4. Small amount of educated women who want meet normal men, move and get decent life. But again, if person is from Moscow or Kiev, lives in Odessa and her father/relatives are sailors/live abroad, 10 K+  for moving herself won't be that big deal. So, no big need to be at mail order site. 
5. Normal women who look for feelings, don't try to use foreigner for green card, passport, etc. To find such person you have to get through bunch of people from first 4 points.
