How much do guys bid for a date?

When I first saw this I assumed it was something like the website seekingarrangement, through which guys found girls and paid them for sex. In looking at the comments this site may be somewhat different.  The guy bids on a date with a particular girl.  Some of the female commenters defend this practice by saying they typically get their hair done and a manicure/pedicure in preparation for dates, so a generous bid compensates them for these expenses.

What are your thoughts about this?

Not a big surprise.  My thoughts are it is further evidence that some western values are warped.  It is also further evidence that some WW think that they are entitled.  Very unlikely that any of these dates will result in a LTR leading to marriage.  These are the type of women who go on dates to stroke their ego.  Run forest run.

Exactly.  I doubt if this website will last.  I really cannot imagine any guys being willing to pay a woman a fee for a "date" unless she was actually an escort and that was what they were looking for.

Just silly young woman exercising their prowess over awkward younger men....Who knows what the young and dating will go for these days...I can see quite a few guys paying to get in the door for first dates...

That website is an absolute joke. People go out on dates due to the possibility of discovering mutual attraction amongst both parties. You can't actually commodify this, you can't pay a girl to "like" you.

Paying someone to go out on a date with you, is like paying someone to be your friend. Pathetic!

This is the idea of some dimwit wannabe entrepreneur thinking they've discovered the next big cash cow, but in fact, it just illustrates the moral decay of American/Western society.

Yes, the Ukrainian girls who do that are misleading men.

The Western women who do this have a sense of entitlement that goes through the roof, and are also misleading the men dumb enough to actually believe that going on enough dates will eventually lead to a LTR.

It's more honest because the WW are not claiming to have any affection/attraction for the men bidding to date them..it's all about money..the highest bidder gets the date.

The Ukrainian women do claim to have some affection/attraction for the men paying to date them...that's why the men fly across the World to meet them.

Maybe so but I'll bet the Ukrainian women are younger, more slender and more beautiful.  If the guy is foolish enough to fall prey to this it is more or less his fault.

Escorts and hookers probably have more honor then these type of women who think that they are "entitled" to get paid for being on a date with a guy.  Pretty sad.
