New Visa!

During this winters trip to UA I applied for and received my Permanent Residence card. No more of the 90/180 day shuffle.
 I didn't bother doing the Visa D or TRP. I just went direct to the PR.  :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

Congrats..... that 90/180 rule sucks when you live there, no more having to do advance planning!!! ;)

Good deal Mike.

Can you explain to us how you were able to 'short-cut' the process and go directly to the PR?

Many others have discussed the D Visa and going through more waits, etc.

So what was the 'trick' to solving this?

PR goes to spouse of Ukrainian citizen married for two or more years.
