Finding information about a Lady in Ukcraine

I would like to find a woman adress and some more data.

Is it possible to find a person in Ukcraine having her name, city, age, trough the civil registration? And if it is, how can it be done?

I have asked her of course.  The problem is the site where she is regsitered (and me by the way), they just allow that after a certain amount of cash as been spent.

I got to this interesting site after finding opinions about one of the sites where I have a subscription.

The lady seem serious in her e-mails and agreed to give her contacts.

The problem is that there are no civil registration databases as we know them in Ukraine. You might apply to the office in her city, but it would probably take a lot of time and more cash as paying the agency.

If she lives in a main city, you might get something from a phonebook, but I doubt it woud be possible.

You agreed to the rules of the agency, now you got to go by them is my first opinion.  Perhaps someone here has enough contacts in Ukraine to help you further.

This is a piece of cake for Elena Garrett of www.Russian-Detective.com and it probably wouldn't cost that much either. Now if you didn't have any contact information other than her first name you could arrange a phone call with her via the agency and then have your messenger/agent/detective waiting outside the agency with your letter with your contact info. She might even admire your intellegence (slyness). Either that or you might scare her off. I would have her tailed and find out where she lives. Then from that get her phone number.

Try a google search using her first name, city, country, age and profession.  Sometimes they will be listed through other places.  You might be able to buy her address and phone number that way.  What agency are you using?

Thanks for your information. I have found her in another website. I can buy her address. Unfortunately I reached this interesting website after searching opinions about the the token site I was using...

And of course two of ladies e-mails with I was suppose to be correspond were forged...
how nice.

What is worrying me is that I am corresponding with one that I am almost sure is real due to the e-mail and can't find her even aftear 10 hours of web surfing

First and foremost is to ask her, but you stated in a subsequent post that
the site you met her on doesn't allow it until you spend X dollars.
Personally, I would join a different site.

Second ONLY correspond with women who speak English.

If she speaks English and you really like her, find her on VK.com or pay
the money. If she is even remotely serious she wants you more and to
protect your money more than she wants to make the site money.

This is a thousand year old thread so the real answer in todays world is
to avoid sites like this. 

[Edit to add] AND Learn how to spell Ukraine and various simple English words.
Always check your spelling when sending letters to girl who speak English as
a second language. They will likely put your letter through a translation program
then your words will come out as gibberish.

These days it's better to use free sites like Fdate to avoid all these issues.

Either way I would say the top most issue is to be able to determine if she is genuine. In my experience of various girls in FSU dating (I know not as extensive as many in here but) I found the more genuine girl wants to know all about you and tells you all about her. The address stuff can all come later after a meeting, it does you little good unless you get a meeting.

After a meeting if it's all go then you'll find out all the rest in time. Main thing is that you get the impression that she really wants to be with you and wants to meet up again. The rest will all come later as and when so don't sweat it or lose sleep over it
