Inexpensive Phone Translators

Guys:  There are all sorts of private phone translators instead of the Agency ones that charge from $.75 to $3.00 per minute for calls to Russia, Ukraine, etc.  The one that I have found is Elena, an immigrant, who lives in Washington State. She speaks excellent English and will chat with you about your lady. see: lenhen@mcsi.net  who charges $0.75-0.85/minute. I have used her many times.

I have also used Elena, and I would highly recommend her, as Warren said her English is excellent plus what I really liked was her input about the person you called, she has great intuition. and if you get 3-way calling and call yourself, she only charges about $.45 a minute
