donne-russe is part of the  Angelika Network. Unlike most agencies, they will sell the postal address of the ladies and a guy could send postal mail with his email address and there will be a small chance a woman would respond back. But like most agencies, it's pay to play per letter which could get expensive.

A foreign Affair's reputation isn't so good based on what I've read here and elsewhere.

I've bought addresses off both agencies in the past but not enough results to get me to do business with them again. Snail mail is not the best way to communicate and I don't like to pay to play.

Most large agencies use smaller feeder agencies from various cities. Not all are equal even if they are all part of a larger agency. If you don't really need agency services, try a dating site.

If you choose to do business with any agency, try to get the ladies phone number quickly and call her often to gauge if she's into you. If you have to call using the pricey agency's phone system, it's possible you could be scammed by this method. Not all agencies are bad but be smart and don't let the bad ones take advantage of you.

If you are not sure about any agency, type their name in the search engine here or Google and the word "scam" to see if there's any dirt on them.
