Passport required.

on arrival.
Visa required, except for Nationals of Ukraine for a max. stay

Additional Information:
- Passengers of Haitian origin do not require visa to enter or
transit Haiti for an unlimited period.
- All passengers travelling to Haiti as visitors, apart from
those of Haitian origin, must hold tickets and documents for
their return/onward journey to a destination outside of
Haiti.

Netherlands Antilles (AN)
Passport required.
- Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid
throughout the period of intended stay.
- Warning: if departing from the U.S.A.(regardless of any
destination passport exemptions), a valid passport and/or
accepted departure document (TIRULES/R9) is required by
the U.S. immigration authorities.
Visa required, except for A stay not exceeding 3 months:
- for alien residents of U.S.A., provided holding proof of
residence.
Minors:
- Must be escorted or met by an adult residing in the
Netherlands Antilles upon arrival.
Additional Information:
- For travel within the Netherlands Antilles all passengers
(incl. residents) of 14 years and older must hold proof of
identity, if possible with photo.
- All visitors must hold sufficient means of support (SEE NOTE
9384), return/onward ticket to a destination outside of the
Netherlands Antilles and all documents required for that
journey;
NOTE 9384: Normal passport holders are required to hold
USD 500.- (or equivalent in another convertible currency),
to present upon arrival, for each week of their stay.
- Extension of stay is possible.

- Non-compliance with entry regulations will result in
deportation of passenger and fines for the carriers.

- Those passengers arriving directly from the U.S. mainland,
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Isl., Samoa
(American), Swains Isl. or the Virgin Isl. (U.S.).
Visa required, except for Those arriving directly from the
U.S. mainland, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Isl.,
Samoa (American), Swains Isl. or the Virgin Isl. (U.S.).
- Those passengers mentioned under the visa exemptions of the
U.S.A. are also visa exempt.

- U.S. visas endorsed "P.R." can be used only for travel to
Puerto Rico and not to the U.S. mainland.

Virgin Islands (British) (VG)
Passport required.

on arrival.
- Warning: if departing from the U.S.A.(regardless of any

the U.S. immigration authorities.
Passport Exemptions:
- Holders of a Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form
I-551) issued by U.S. authorities to alien residents of the
U.S.A., provided arriving directly from the U.S. mainland.
Visa required, except for Permanent Resident/Resident Alien
Card (either Form I-551 or I-151) issued by U.S. authorities
to alien residents of the U.S.A., provided arriving directly
from the U.S. mainland.
Additional Information:
- All visitors must hold tickets with confirmed onward/return
reservations, all documents required for their next
destination and sufficient funds to cover their intended
stay. The delivering airline will be held responsible for
expenses concerning hotel accommodation and returning
visitor to point of origin in case of failure to these
requirements.
- Visa exemption, if applicable, is for a stay of 30 days
unless otherwise specified. Extensions are possible.
Warning:
- Passengers will be refused entry if not complying with the
entry regulations.
