Blah blah legal paperwork..
« on: June 02, 2010, 03:52:40 AM »
I'm sorry, I was just reading something about how an agency must have you fill out a form with your sexual offender past, divorce history, children... and all that jazz before you EVER get the personal information of a woman.

If you ever get to the point of meeting and decide to marry, the visa process will be void if this doesn't happen.

I never filled out any forms with AWEB and I have tons of people's personal information.

Does that mean these people are instantly invalidated as future prospects according to this law?

According to IMBRA you have to prove that you supplied this information to your prospected partner otherwise there *may* be reason to turn down the visa.

There are exceptions which AWEB may try to use as a loophole. As for you, you might wish to supply the information yourself in case of something serious developing, just to be on the safe side.
No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)

Techinically by law, all those ladies you are now communicated with can never be your wife in America. You and a potential fiancee will have to do some lying.

If the forms aren't filled out before you get personal contact info, you can be denied a visa. I've never heard of a case like this happening but it can happen. You will have to tell your lady if she becomes your fiancee to lie at the interview on when you received contact info in relation to seeing the form you filled out if the question is even asked. If I remember correctly, a poster once said that Aweb wouldn't give him contact info until he goes to the FSU and he will fill out the forms at the agency in the FSU.

Knowing how devious and smart Aweb is, you will never get to fill out one of their forms until you spend tons of money for contact info or use their expensive services when traveling to the FSU. If you are done doing business with Aweb and don't want to go back, you and your lady may have to lie to the American government that you two met on a dating site.

If you are continuing to use Aweb, you will find more and more hurdles you have to climb over. It's best to cut them off now and deal with the women you have contact info with and use another agency or dating site for new contacts.
Fund the audits, spread the word and educate people, write your politicians and other elected officials. Stay active in the fight to save our country. Over 220 generals and admirals say we are in a fight for our survival like no other time since 1776.

So there are workarounds, good to know.  I'm not saying I'm getting married, but it would suck not to have the option.

The government is a good influence on how to live our lives.   The USCIS through IMBRA teaches us to lie.  The IRS teaches us to cheat.  The President teaches us to make false promises.

You have a raw deal there, If they wanna know tell them I gave you the information.

Because I live in Europe, I can be anything you think of, Freddie Kruger would not have to fill the form in if he lived in Europe

Probably because are politicians are all liars, and would not trust us to tell the truth.

I would not cross the road to P in the ear of a politician if his brain was on fire.

They gambled with our money, lost the bet and we still pay :cluebat:
