Relaxing Visa's - Again

In the Moscow Times for tomorrow. Seems like we have heard this before but we can only hope. Could it be any worse ?

One can only hope.  Its still a couple month process for get a Visa for my mother-in-law to visit - and she has been here several times.  Although honestly we never had any problems beyond time and expense.
