The other 38% probably have been married for only a short period.   A fantasy is acceptable in my opinion provided it does not become an obsession.   Remember, the brain is the largest sex organ.

I'd suspect most fantasies become an obsession. Once a man or woman has to think about someone else other than their spouse to get aroused, it may become more of a habit... just to get aroused. Both men and women need to be aware of their partner's feelings and if things are slipping, they need to do better in the physical and emotional department.
