Today, my wife FINALLY received into her hands the K3 visa.

Originally filed: June 23rd, 2009

Received in hand in Kyiv: September 17th, 2010

Being fair 3 months and one week of that time were our fault for missing a document.

Still, I do NOT recommend the K3 route unless you are an expat, have more than a 30 year age gap or are an avid masochist.

Now to get tickets to bring her back home, setup our working vacation (British Columbia and Tennessee) and go into high gear on our restaurant project.

To those who were supportive during this period, please accept my deepest thanks for my periods of despondency and melancholy.

My wife arrived in USA in 2009 and I filed same month as you did.  Less than 10 year age gap. 

The key point is do not mess up the paperwork. Whether if it is K-1 or K-3 need to do the paperwork correct.
