Does Anyone Know some AFA affiliate in Kiev?

Hi RWD members,
 I'd like to know if anyone had experience with A Foreign Affair in Kiev (aka loveme) , with some tour, or affiliate agency there.  I am planning a Trip to this city,  so I'd be grateful for any info.  Thanks in advance. :)

That is not my web page and I haven't been to the AFA office.  I did go to #18 on
his list a couple of times.  I would recommend it, but I think they might be out
of business now.  That guy's web page is about 5 years old.   I preferred the
small agencies like #18.
