IMBRA Information Pamphlet RELEASED

Those of you who have been following developments since passage of IMBRA will recognize that one of the important mandates in the legislation was publication of an IMBRA Information Pamphlet. That Information Pamphlet was just released this past Wednesday, October 27, 2010, and you will find a copy attached to this post.

For background purposes, there is a topic more than 2 years old that announced the public comment period for this Pamphlet - and I believe you can see the original draft at this link -- http://www.russianwomendiscussion.com/index.php?topic=7986.0.

Publication of the Pamphlet is one of the missing steps that was cited by the GAO in their report on IMBRA found in this topic -- http://www.russianwomendiscussion.com/index.php?topic=8090.0.

My sense is this signals an important step in the process leading to IMBRA enforcement actions.
