Help with city-of-brides website

I found a scammer on this site, who I know and wanted to send them a message about her to remove the profile. Their anti scam page is a bit hidden but I found it and it says to send a message to 'admin' which I did, twice, with all pertinent info. No response. Does anyone know another way to reach these people and are they responsive?
